The Master seminar discusses theoretically and empirically political and administrative cooperation in Europe by focusing on different levels (supranational, national/ intergovernmental, regional, local) of actor interaction, networking, governance and/or cooperation in the EU and beyond. Thus, different arenas of cooperation are illuminated. The seminar is built on paper readings, input presentations by the lecturer and the students and excursions.
