Focused on Literary and Cultural Studies, the course provides an overview of key techniques and skills for academic practice. These include the use of academic English and critical analysis for drafting research papers, training the composition and delivery of conference and in-class presentations, as well as other crucial foundations of scholarly work.
This course will convene virtually Mondays, 8 to 10 am, starting from April 12th (except for two asynchronous sessions in May). A zoom link to the meeting will be available on Moodle, as will be the rest of the course material.
For those of you who would like head start on the reading material, we will begin with Charlotte Perkins Gilman`s short story `The Yellow Wallpaper.`
